Ali Landry Monteverde

Ali Landry is an American actress, model, and beauty pageant contestant who was awarded the title 'Miss America in the year 1996. Ali was named by her mother in honor of Ali MacGraw, an actress who was featured in the movie 'Love Story.' She was born in Cecilia and was a student at Cecilia High School. At seventeen, she was captain of her high school cheerleading team and was given the title 'Miss Louisiana Teen USA. She then won 1996 'Miss Louisiana USA' award and stepped into limelight after winning the 'Miss USA' title. She debuted in the 1997 series 'Clueless' on TV. In 1998, she gained popularity in the role of "Doritos Girl" after appearing on the Super Bowl commercial for 'Doritos. In 2000, she made her film debut with the film Beautiful. In the ensuing years, she has appeared in various TV shows and films. Her name is featured on several lists of "women who are most wanted.
